With upcoming 30% pay cuts for L-OXY - combined with huge CAPEX cuts - why should the tyrants on 31 insist that everyone show up on a regular schedule? Given their performance (lack thereof!!!) VH and entire EC should only require so much handholding and a**kissing, not that they should be expecting such gratuities.
With such huge CAPEX cuts, what are all the workers going to be doing?
That 30% cut should be given to L-OXY EE’s as time off without pay!
L-APC EE’s only getting 5% cut right now should be given the same consideration since full 30% cut will be coming for them by August. And perhaps a bit of recompense for being taken over by such a chickensh*t bunch of OXY macaroons.
Such a policy might salvage a bit of much needed good will from all EE’s.
Why wouldn’t OXY EC approve such an arrangement? The answer is clear. They are tyrants who want to show all EE’s that they have full control over us!
