Nys has deemed Communications essential. So no matter what dept we are in we are allowed to work. Burn up all your time if you dont wanna come in. How about all the cops, dpw, grocery store workers, etc still coming to work? Stop hating on others cause your not where you wanna be
You can still work ftth just shouldn’t be in the same truck as another tech and the follow basic guidelines they are telling you on the news. I’d be more concerned about the service techs going in people’s homes for a non essential service. If the customer relies soupy on our phone to make calls out then we should have to fix it but must have the proper Ppe to do so.
They need to shut us down completely. FTTH should not be considered essential work. This company has shown their true colors over the past few weeks that’s for sure . Btw msg to management and higher ups .....kick rocks with your wash your hands emails and how you care for us .
2 in Rockland. They say they clean the building all the time. They need to give masks, gloves, and sanitizers to all the techs

had a positive with a flightpath contractor in 76. Don't worry, they cleaned the building though
