Hi everyone. I am working for Qualcomm now and thinking about finding new opportunities in Apple. Can you please give advice on pros and cons of such a move. I am a Senior Staff modem engineer BTW

Apple's Modem Teams are growing. Where there is growth, there is opportunity. I encourage you to check Apple positions and apply if you think it is a good match.
Qualcomm engineers are usually of low quality. They are not going to hire you.
