This place has spun out of control and is being gutted in preparation for a sale to possibly to CDW or Insight, for what, their relationship with Microsoft? There are many really great, passionate employees that care about their customers and each other, however they are manipulated and used as pawns.
After yesterday’s RIF of 20 in the sales group for ‘in-paid furlough’ ~ why stay when you’re treated SO inhumanely, I had to speak up. The Portland office was so toxic and HR along with management did nothing to course correct. Instead they asked us to stay in our swim lanes, s— it up more with less. I heard many highly successful reps in previous years were forced to take $20k pay cuts.
Management (man being the operative word) is so dysfunctional. No mentoring or strong communication. A good old boy network out of touch with reality. And Firoz the owner uses divisions like piggy banks & breaks them breaking people’s spirits along the way.
It had so much promise. It’s a blip on my career. I’m still grateful for the friendships forged and customer satisfaction projects, but very sad for the rest. Get out while you can, the sunlight and fresh air (new opportunity) will reinvigorate you.
