During this Covid-19 time, most of the companies are saying that they will not lay-off their employees. I hope Sabre will announce the same so that people can feel little relief. There are lot of lives which are dependent on this. Company should take care of their people and their hard work during this tough time. If not then they should remove the questions like “Will you recommend your friends to work in Sabre” etc etc..

Well, if the C level employees do not anticipate recovery to be likely, from there perspective it would make sense to milk as much cash as possible from the company.
Many companies like ours in the travel related industry will only be able to pay salaries for so long before they run out of cash without any revenues coming in. After the well runs dry, the next obvious and standard business step is furloughs or layoffs. Straightforward business. Applies to any 'for profit' business.
The C levels should be taking 0 salary and 0 other income from Sabre until the company recovers.
