We were told all business development, risk and safety as well as recruiters were being laid off due to Coronavirus. As the economy came to a screeching halt, so did new clients for BBSI, as well as runoffs of existing clients.

Any idea how many people in total were laid off? And is it true that people in IT are being let go? What happens to the $ 11M system?

I too was laid off. Lots of us out there now... Still helping clients though!
I was also laid off from BBSI recently. Apparently this happened on a massive scale across the company with the Risk Management function. I heard from a colleague in the Bay Area that they laid off 4 Risk Managers and only kept 1 for the region. And they have 300+ businesses. How does one Risk Professional manage the safety of 300 companies?
