I think the article says that are taking away the abatement and it would trigger more being due. If they had not of taken away the abatement the money would not be due. I would think now they will send a bill to Oxy. Kind of interesting the Dr. Snyder was under the impression we would be moving the Oxy HQ there. She must of bought the bait hook, line, and sinker.
If it’s chump change, then why hasn’t the bill been paid?
