Time for Tom Linebarger to go. It is easy to be CEO of a company when it is doing good, but it is the decisions made than that help a company weather the storms that come ahead. Tom has done a poor job of leading Cummins. All the special interest money he put out hasn't yielded us one ounce of profit. The companies he bought out, the electric truck we made one of? No profit gained in any of these business interest. A good CEO is supposed to planning for bad days when days are good, and able to show strong leadership when times are tough. Mr. Linebarger has failed Cummins miserably. The employees and stock holders should not be experiencing the losses we are all facing now. The board needs to realize quickly that Linebarger is not the man for the job, and promote him to customer. Firing people and cutting salaries? I got a high diploma and I could come up with that. I vote "no confidence" Time for Tom Linebarger to go.
