DH reported a base salary of $2.1 mil LY.
If he was reduced to 20% of his base pay that would still be more than 85% of the company employees make in a year.
It would take my husband and I, with a combined income, 3.5 years to make only 20% of what this guy makes and we have “decent jobs”, not even entry level.
STEP UP AND HELP OUT.

I was with Fossil for 7 years in a variety of sales roles and account management roles. Have to agree with all of this tbh. Since peaking in 2013-2014, the string of bad decisions by this company has been impressive, you’d think they would have made 1 good decision off sheer luck at this point, but no, very impressive. It’s okay everyone, when everything gets back to normal, Fossils new Gen 6 hybrid display watch is really gonna move the needle at Macy’s..... LOL. Very thankful I left that mess, no longer have to sit thru those painful huddles where ELT act like everything is fine and don’t give any real info. Such a joke of a company with zero leadership.

Every employee at fossil knows that DH, Gregg and Kosta are useless. Why dont they leave? Kosta get your backbone back. It’s been missing for 10 years.
