Hobby Lobby is cutting pay by 10% for more than 3K warehouse and HQ employees, saying cuts are to compensate for lost profits at stores forced to temp close in areas hit by COVID19. Staff has been instructed that we should, under no circuimcase talk to the media. They did not mention layoffs dot com though.

I'm married to an HL hourly employee - pay is at 75%, they do not have to use vacation time, benefits are still inforce. The note on the door bit was for people who were unable to make it to the 5 AM meeting where this information was given to the employees.
Oh, and full time employees have the equivalent of sick leave. It's called Personal Paid Time Off, PPTO, and acrues constantly... average is around 3 hours a month. This is separate from vacation time. We don't have to be sick to use it, where as salaried managers have to be sick to use their sick time, and the have no PPTO.
So your not going to shop at Hobby Lobby and contribute to a loss in sales and even more employees to loose their jobs. Thanks for the support.
How about you taking some of your billions you have made because of your staff and give them a damn raise and paid sick leave! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HOBBY LOBBY! EVER So Christian like! UGH
All salaried employees have taken a 10% reduction in pay.
