Thread regarding Allscripts layoffs

Strategic Realignment

So all those execs who sold their MDRX? Yesterday they started another round of layoffs. Not sure how many but they started yesterday.

Do the layoff's include a severance during this round?? Those who commented they were laid off did you get a package?

If you afraid of being outed. Grow a pair..develop some integrity... Leadership feeds on your subservient .. low esteam .. to make them feel competent ... Get out..start looking... Even in these times.. never fear an Allscripts leader..lol

Company isn’t what it used to be. No sense of stability or safety.

My condolences to those that were let go. Hopefully severance is enough to last you through the search for something better.

20% of Prof. S. was cut or transferred on Friday. It was handled sloppy.

Mgr bonus’s not delayed. But, smallest they’ve been in years. Title changes/positions not delayed, but raises are. Those promoted will have to handle new responsibilities for 3 months at current salary

All contractors let go last week. Approx 60-80

VP was let go quitetly yesterday or today. It wasn’t announced yet. Most probably aren’t aware yet.

My prediction: More will be made known early April as title changes / position changes become announced shortly

I think people probably want to avoid specifying so they aren’t posting anything identifiable/traceable.

Cuts I heard about were in LK’s departments. Anything more specific could suggest which department I’m in.

Odd that no one is commenting on which locations or groups were seeing layoffs.

How many were let go? Will yearly salary increases be postponed further?

What location(s) were affected by the layoff?

Current stock price is @ $6.74.
Yahoo Finance indicates that the stock is over-valued. That is a red flag. Perhaps the SEC will get involved once it realizes that so many executives dumped their stock. It's almost as if they knew the virus was going to be big.

Manager bonuses are being paid out for most people by mid-April. Doesn’t it just give you the warm and fuzzies?

Agreed! It would be nice to know what actual departments have been impacted thus far. Can you provide an example or two? Or, if you have a hint of what is coming down the pipeline, let us know. These are scary times right now.

I got the impression that management bonuses were not being paid out until July. Can someone confirm either way? Really not fair to the worker bees that will not get their small increases until July. If management really cared, they would take a salary decrease so they could proceed on schedule with our small raises.

More layoffs, meanwhile management is paying themselves bonuses next month while the rest of us are asked to sacrifice our pay raises until July (at least) to help the company save cash.

Unbelievable.

Think more layoffs today in LK’s division. Would be negligent not to look for work if you’re in that group at this point.
