I too was let go from another competitor of Wyndham's...Marriott Vacations after 10 years. Same scenario bs reason to reduce staff and avoid severance. This tactic sometimes from upper management. Its a shame. Nothing can be done because they know to hide behind "performance" metrics that are made up on the fly
I was also laid off after 6 years they ONLY protect their Good 'Ole Boys club and anyone who is consistently s—ing up. In addition, they are NOT diverse in any way, there is only 1 female and on the SLT and no people of color at all whatsoever. They claim to be diverse, it seems like all the "diversity" is in the call center. Apparently, there are no qualified people of color to be in significant positions of leadership.
They closed a whole office in Washington and moved all of the work to the Philippines. Management knew about for a long time but lied to the frontline staff that it was not Going to be happening. Friend moved to Orlando to work there. Then they fired him for some BS reason. They are so unethical. Hope the company goes down!
I agree we all should sue....they need to offer better severances.
Can we file a Mass Lawsuite??? Please lets do it sooner than later. This business better shutdown rather ditching hard working people and their families.
I was Laid off after being told lay off would not happen terrible GM resort level they walk around like they are untouchable and gigher ups along with HR gas them up
Horrible company!!!! If you're one of the lower paid employees you get no respect. Rampant favoritism In company. Not judged on quality or quantity of work but if you make managers feel good about themselves and s— up.
Very unethical company with horrible severance package. Anyone looking explore options to file suit?
I was laid off too. I thought I was a key resource. Worst Company ever. All my friends stunned that how soon they laid off workers, also lots of plitics. Senior SVPs / VPs who dont do real work are still employed and get highly paid.
I literally was fired after being there over 15 years because of virus they don't care about employees
Yes Wyndham Destinations laid off many employees last week as I was one of them. Horrible company, unethical. Run the other way!!!
