Has anyone done or looked over this new survey ? Cause my str mgr hasn’t informed us on what this is about .

The survey is a simple three questions intended to gauge how employees feel about Walgreens handling of the situation. Comments are allowed and, at my store, the GM made sure we knew about it and urged honesty.
The survey went live 5/7. My SM wasn't able to tell me if I could access the survey by not using the QR code posted.
When did this come down ? I think our str mgr really doesn’t want us to take it obviously, and he’s disgusting for not informing us !!!!
Is there any way to take the survey without accessing via the QR code posted by the time clock?
It's your chance to say what you really feel. It's anonymous too! SM's don't want to hear our real opinion right now. 3 questions with lots of room for comments. Wanting to know how WE feel Walgreen's is handling Covid. HR cuts, budget cuts, changing the rules every conference call, turning employees into janitors every 2hrs. Stipend that many didn't get or didn't get full amount bc of lost hrs. NO HAZARD PAY, but increased shoplifting and way more hazards
