Any rumors about Downstream Canada - SVS not an option fir Manfg. Is that good or bad?

Sarnia Refinery will most likely be sold in 2020
Manufacturing can’t afford the severance liability or any risk to operations. As well, M restructured a few years ago and is very lean. They have been losing people to IPL on a weekly basis, so no incentives needed there!
