LK has zero technical skills from her IS degree, and she was put in charge of hosting, and now is in charge of SDO (software development)!! Seriously?
IS is basically a business degree with how to use Excel and this is a computer thrown in. Don't be confused by the word "Science" in the degree.

Not arguing about LK's competency, but I'm not one to put anybody on a pedestal just because they have a college degree. There are plenty of extremely bright and talented people out there who have gotten to higher/better positions in life through hard work, actual merit, and actual smarts. Conversely, there is a nearly uncountable amount of people out there with graduate degrees (or even doctorates) who are complete and total wastes of oxygen and time. The only way I'm pretty much ever impressed with college degrees is when they are very solid STEM degrees with track records that prove that the application of knowledge is worthwhile. Maybe it's from years of dealing with MDs and academics who have a mouthful of letters after their names but are dumber than a bag of hammers - never forget that the folks at the bottom of the class who still manage to pass are given the same titles as the people at the top. You're going to be dealing with the bottom half of the bell curve 50% of the time no matter what you do - and those ambitious enough to claw their way up regardless of talent or scruples are going to get there somehow more often than not.
It's always a better choice to judge people on their acts, character, and merits rather than on superficial resume' statistics.
That said I can't wait to hear the latest litany of outright lies, finger-pointing, diversity posturing, and strategic re-alignment groupthought. I'll have some snacks and wine waiting for the call.

@4mtf+14YlYxia regarding LK’s BS degree in Library Science. At least a few other Allscripts VPs either only have 2-year degrees or NO degree at all!! (JH, PM, MD to name a few).

She and her underlings all sounded drunk at our last meeting. At least the last meeting I bothered to listen to. The only true thing she's ever said is that India is the heart of AS. I have no doubt that she regretted letting that one slip. Evil hag.
