Schlifske is ruining NM with his poor leadership. Failed with Learnvest purchase, millions spent to get knowledge of online investment company. They realized it was not helpful and a costly mistake. Most CEO would be fired for wasting millions (200 million) at expense of long time employees. POOR leadership. Get rid of Schlifske!!

Does anyone think that CL&I saved the company enough money to pay for all the consultants that they hired for it?
On another note, as the only female executive, the next CEO will without a doubt be Aditi.

Too bad they cant bring back Mr. Zore. He was a much respected leader with great morals who cared about the employees. NM really went down hill since Mr. Schlifske took ever. At one time NM was a jewel in the business world. Not anymore. Its sad.
I agree. He hurt NM reputation as a great American company. How the board let's him continue is amazing. Hopefully they can find a replacement in house that has been there a while. Someone who values its employees.
