It is sad how they am destroyed this organization! They have No value for talent or growth! Very sad but obvious!
The company has business heads who are absolutely nincompoops and incapable of even being individual contributors leave alone being leaders, a classical example is Dhar... Raj....
These people have managed to get all smart people out of the organization and somehow play to the tune of current leadership, rightly defined in Trillium’s open letter. Cliff S and his friends who have joined from Fiserve are naive enough to put their stakes on people like Dha..Raj... so it is (incompetence) multiplied. What else do you expect but the ship to sink??
It's actually hilarious how bad management is. I quit last year but in my business unit, management was comprised of the people who stayed around after everyone else left so rather being qualified for their position, they were not capable of managing people and only did the utmost to do not get fired. It actually came to a point where certain people in management were running their own side business that directly competed with Conduent.
I agreed to your point about pandemic and everything is slowing down but my point is when everything was going well and economy was booming, this company and management didn't do anything, this company was declining since 2004. I had been through couple of time of pay cut, i mean 4% for few years and stopped matching 401K for sometime, again they started last year. there is no news about reinstatement etc. Finally, I was out last year. one of the worst management I had ever come across, almost every mgmt staff starting from immediate to all the way up are incompetent and they care more about their bonuses
They're not wrong, but we're kind of in the middle of a pandemic here. Kind of hard to sell a company or reverse its fortunes while in the midst of it, especially when one of the three major sectors is totally decimated (Transportation) because no one is driving right now.
Do you think this might result in any changes or executive drama happening?
