Wayfair pays their call center employee's $2 an hour more, than the work from home employee's. They are all working from home right now, how is this not discrimination? New hires with no experience in Maine, Utah make more than a virtual agent with a years training. Equal pay for equal work Wayfair.

How is this discrimination? Are they targeting you only? Or a group you belong to based on a protected category like race or age or gender?
Work from home is up to the company and they can pay what they want for that option.
They are offering promotions if you will accept a $2 pay cut.
