Why are the talented employees of SGAS still waiting for "The Great Turnaround?" This company is a dumpster fire on top of a natural gas deposit. The only thing that you get from sticking around is industry irrelevance.

Why buy a company when you can charge them to consume your services, get them to sell your products, transition and transfer any existing client base from them, while they are ready and willing participants to their own demise.

Its pure genius.

Go Unitas Go

Based on this deal with Unitas, the only SGAS Marketing, presales, Ops etc resources needed are those tied to heritage offers that new clients aren’t buying... awesome.... this is equivalent to Verizon outsourcing 5G networking to T-Mobil...

So, basically SGAS strategy is to resell a competitor’s offering and follow their processes 100%....? What could possibly go wrong...?? This is called the end game... Unitas is basically what SGAS has wanted to be for last 10 years, but just couldn’t achieve... SGAS is paying them $X/ year to run the network and offers... with no SGAS marketing, SGAS will be simply reselling Unitas at same price (best case, assuming great wholesale rates) or higher price (more likely) - in both scenarios it’s going to mean a more complex customer service environment for clients....

OPG - pump up the crowd here and put your awesome spin on this....

As AD said in his e-mail......Unitas Way or the Highway......Do they give raises?

Josh Crowe gone.
Brian Crotty gone.

Unitas already has their own CTO and CRO. No need to run duplicate roles right.

Anywhere else you see a match/mismatch with at Unitas, that should be a hint and a half for you as to what’s gonna happen next.

As long as you have over 2 years with the company, you should be eligible for a severance pay.

Your severance will be a weeks salary for every full years service.

As one who was impacted by yesterday's action, the only thing I can say to the remaining employees is to run far and fast!

Network engineers and pretty much anyone working on SG core network need to make plans outside of SG.

The channel sales playbook has been sc-apped so anyone associated to channel is pretty much the walking dead as far as SG are concerned.

Solution Architects should be okay for a short time longer, however Solution Engineers are being actively ‘outsourced’ to India.

So the Q2 clear out will continue in line for a healthy Q3 !

Go SG
