I thought it would helpful if we have a single place for people to post their offer feedback along with their years of service. Maybe we can start mapping out how generous (or not) management is being with the offers they accept and deny.

Need salary info, @1yer could make 75k in which 14 Months might be under some random 100k limit. While 15 yr folk that make a lot more would be firmly beyond 100 at 8 months. This info is worthless without salary and ratings.

I agree about the money portion. My bet is they have a dollar amount the are not going to go over (at least right away). Might be helpful to include above/below $100k or something like that.
Also wonder if that money target moves as people are accepted/denied. Maybe this week the target is $75k and next week $100k? Honestly who the f knows.
One important item missing is salary. Someone at 100k asking for 24 months is equal to another making 200k asking for 12. I doubt they are looking at this beyond what the total dollar amount is after taking those with low month offers.

The formatting on this site botched my post.
I’ve been working for Oxy for 1 and 1/2 years. Offered 8 months and it was accepted.
OK our company (Oil & Gas) is going through layoffs and the offer is one week for every one year of service not to extend past 3 months so what I am seeing here is very generous.
Denied means Oxy has rejected the number of months you requested for severance. Pending means Oxy is considering the months you have asked for. Has not accepted is the same as denied
Based on all of these denials, which are substantially below the COC, it’s clear OXY has no intent to living up to their obligations under the COC. My guess is they have something Underhanded up their sleeve to get rid of many us without honoring the COC.
What is denial/pending? Everyone is confused what "has not accepted it," means... ?

New severance package out and its 2 months notice and less than 2 weeks per year of service. 5 years service 2 months notice plus 2.5 months severance. 10 years service 2 months notice 4.5 months severance etc.

I find it hard to believe that Oxy granted 3 years of paid on Only 7.5 years of service. Other major oil company that is in a much better Financial shape than Oxy offer 3 weeks of pay for every year of service at minimum of 12 weeks to 78 weeks maximum.

Pay scale grade is an important factor to include here. Years at the company isn't enough to make legitimate comparisons to our personal circumstances.
I smell BS. Other LAPC have done more years than you and asked for less and got rejected!

Everyone who was denied should resubmit asking for one more month than their rejected offer. The offers don’t have to move in only one direction. If they have a target they are trying to hit then this could put the squeeze on them. You always have time to get rejected again and go lower later.
Seems like the workforce is being mistreated here. Why not just be straight with everyone. This is no game.

You claim to be conservatives, but you don’t phucking understand business 101! You can’t sue because you agreed to voluntary leave the company. How stupid can you be!? The email didn’t guarantee you id–ts anything yet you’re sending emails to management stating you’re ready to leave?! I hope I get 40 thumbs down because that lets me know you ultimately agree with my statement! Big Dummy!

After this is all over keep those denial emails. Other than LAPC you might be the first out the door for layoffs now that they know you want to go. Going to s— to get s—ered into this and turn around and get screwed. If I were you I would keep putting in by reducing a month at a time. You have your minimum, and you know what it is. Good luck.
This entire effort by management is to collect survey data from employees. I am certain that legal Department will be looking at this for some reason. It would be zero surprise if 100% are denied. There is something just not quite right about this whole thing. All of you should be suspicious.
