I really really wish Anadarko would have just went with the Chevron deal.
Management was so careless. Why aren’t their asses gone?

I rejected an offer to come back to oxy a couple of years ago... didn't know at that time how lucky I was...
APC management did their job. They got an id–t company to overpay, returning a windfall to stockholders and employees holding stock. Your vested APC stock is worth a lot more than it would have been had APC stayed independent.
Unfortunately Chevron is going through their own EOI and upcoming layoffs are a reality for them too. Although perhaps they may have not been so low as to cheat us out of benefits or the CoC like OXY is doing.
