Years and Years of poor leadership promoting has really put the company at a point of no return... I look at my direct supervisor with 5 years of total oilfield experience and I think how!! His poor decisions on a daily basis really hurt over here.. So it is happening here then it’s all over the company hiring people into positions of importance with no valuable experience to do those jobs!!! Look at Apache Hires and how those worked out. We just hired a chemical engineer as a CFO is just an example and what do we get for those decisions a company that looks to be going belly up and people without jobs.
