they may not counteroffer but i'm sure if a 20 year employee were to put 6 months they more than likely would accept right away.

If you do a search on Oxylink you will see that they have changed the severance policy effective May 1. They have drastically reduced the months per year they will be paying out.

I would figure pay, lti, 2020 partial bonus and figure in about 2000.00 a month for insurance.
Isn’t this just a polling of the workforce at this point? It doesn’t seem fair that the company would accept or deny individual offers. That would lead to inconsistencies between workers with the same number of years and age.
I’m waiting until the last day to apply and will be submitting it for 18-24 months. Might be unrealistic but if they want you to bend over and volunteer I think you should aim high.
