Everyone ask for at least 24 months, no less. Leave them no choice but to accept the lowest offer of 24 months.

Anadarko employees did not get 48 months. That is fake news.
24 months might be unrealistic but have some self respect and submit a high offer. If they want you to volunteer then go out swinging.
I'm genuinely curious why you think 24 months is possible? Isn't there already talks of bankruptcy? With OXY in debt for billions, unsecured debtors won't see a cent.
In the past former Anadarko Employees got 48 months.
Maybe LAPC, not oxy though. Remember that when it comes to cutting, all are not created equal. The LAPC number is probably Oxy +8-10months
Be realistic no one is going to give you 24 months
