One of the positives of the COVID-19 pandemic will be the eradication of American Airlines and their whole FU attitude towards their customers and everyone else. DC was hinting at their demise yesterday. The world will be better off without them.

AA is a joke ! Hopefully they stiff Boeing for all the money they owe them
Just let go as a contractor for AA. Though I do not wish bankruptcy or job loss on any company, I can easily say American Airlines has the worst management system of any company I’ve ever worked for. It appears to attract very disorganized, arrogant, and uneducated people. The people running American Airlines have no business managing anything or anyone, much less an airline. I think that’s the core problem. It’s a dumping ground for the world’s lost souls. Personally, the rot starts at the top. The CEO wasted time buying back shares, bringing in poor foreign labor, and investing in a new campus that’s so poorly designed there’s no cubicles for people to work in. They have over $30 billion in debt, some of which us unleveraged, and now partially government owned. They wasted money trying to integrate all these regionals without a plan which is a mess. I hope they break this company up and keep the planes and crew because that’s really the only thing left of value.
Why are you guys cheering the demise of one of our only remaining customers. Do you want to get ILO? Idi0ts
What will Dennis do with Black card from American Airlines now?
Good riddance !
Goodbye AA
American would be the most likely to go under. One has to wonder if they would keep getting bailed out by the government even longer because they are a huge employer and a legacy carrier. Putting their huge fleet up for sale would be even more bad news for Boeing because it would further reduce demand for new planes.
Great time to be a buyer for used commercial planes that nobody wants.
