If they want people to volunteer, why are they excluding so many groups? Why can't field locations, GOM, Accounting, etc. apply?

Yeah I was wondering, Greenway guy who is doing a field rotation. We have a call tomorrow so I guess I'll figure out then. Still hate to see all the old guys go. I know we got more education than them but they still have a lot of knowledge.
I applied either way even if my group doesn't qualify, if we all did it would get a point across the board.
