Any truth to the rumor that Honda is offering enhanced packages to salary employees +55? If true, wonder what happens to the +55's that don't take it?

What does the package look like?
Yes, the offer is real. We are trying to decrease the payroll expense without having to cut labor with layoffs. If you do not take it, you are treated just like anyone else - no negative impact but if layoffs come you should not be singled out and punished becase you did not take it.
