Facebook and Twitter seem to be the only place that members can get support after failure to reach with hundreds of desperate pleas after months of people trying to get past the broken phone system, months of rescheduled calls, getting the runaround because of lack of product and parts, and broken systems. Everything is broken and nothing works. No other company has a social media presence like this. Failure starts at the top.

The Sears stores phone system has been broken for MANY years. Why do you think it would not be broken where you work?
That's probably because the bulk of their customer support do not speak understandable English and the bulk of their customers speak English. They do it only so it's at least possible to kind of make out what is being said to you.
