One needs to keep in mind the possibility of these rating agencies being financed by the vendors they are rating.
Corporate world may be all of transparent rooms and open door with great emphasis on integrity.
We should accept, from our past experiences, that all this is for display and not to be followed.
Likely that HAPPY customers are recruited to complete these surveys. It is what used to be done with KLAS scores.
Car and Driver also found the Ford Pinto, when equipped with the larger 2.0L engine and front disc brakes, to be a nimble and powerful commuter car with good visibility and sports-car feel. Car and Driver failed to mention the poor design of the Pinto's fuel tank and rear end made it vulnerable to crashes, even at low speeds, in which the fuel tank would suffer extreme damage and catch on fire, often trapping the car's occupants inside.
If Black Book Market Research is ranking Allscripts as #1 in anything, then Black Book ranking highly suspect.
