So... yesterday one of the comment was in the line of "be Bill Ford's daughter" (which I found to be quite funny to be honest) but this has disappeared... how come?
Your best chance is to become an adopted child of a Ford family member.
Drink kool-aid and make sure to take credit for anything your team does on your objectives.
Two ways. 1. Old-school. you can serve people and put your ego aside, humbly lead and help people develop themselves, or 2 be a bootlicker. I think most people fall in the number 2 category.

Easy... You kiss a– and play petty politics with the right people. Being an ITLPer doesn't hurt either. Get an MBA, be young, and come in straight to an LL5 or 4 position based on ageism.
