Someone had said in an earlier post that certain Job Codes could be exempt, and/or if you had particular clearances it would be highly unlikely for you to get a WARN.
Anyone know?

Wow, the careless consensus is real. You trolls are low. I guess that's why you stay under the bridge! In all seriousness though down voting something doesn't take away its credibility and you are only in denial. These numbers have been confirmed by multiple sources such as Worldometers, Wikipedia, the World Health Organization, the CDC, and more. The current death toll here is now already at 71,000 and rising, proving to be far worse than anticipated. So go ahead and hit that down arrow all you want, but you are still wrong. Reality will hit you either way regardless of your ignorance and subjectivity.
This needs be taken seriously by everyone. We all have a major part to play when it comes to countermeasures. This virus is not going away anytime soon and as a matter of fact, it's gotten worse. Bless those of you who are staying safe. Remember, you have the right to stop work if need be. Do not operate if it cannot be done in a safe manner that follows social distancing guidelines. If not, then it can't be done at this time. Keep your distance and follow protocols.

But, since you refuse to discover what is really going on, only name calling and making diagnosis that you are not qualified to make, then you may be beyond help. The exempt skill codes and qualifications were areas where VLO would be denied. After they assess needs post VLO nothing is off the table, but if you have a security clearance I have been told it is unlikely you are dismissed (military side). I’d think more about your team’s headcount compared to need. Some teams are lean and some teams have waste, there will be a little thought put into this. Oh and if your management team doesn’t like you... you’re screwed because it’s a common managerial technique to use these times to clean house and out in place a bunch of yes men (or people who don’t s—).
Some job codes “ most” exclusive to military. I even seen maintenance jobs being offered at Boeing at an aviation job source. if you look at the list it’s on the union page it list all that are offered VLO it doesn’t tell you the codes not on the list. If it was all they would say all codes being offered. It is a very small number of codes that didn’t get offered. I just hope I’m excepted. I will never look at this page again. Keep hoping someone will share some insight.
