I used to work here, but I left a few years ago for greener pastures. The only thing I liked by then were the people I worked with. Everything else went from bad to worse really quickly and was constantly trending downwards.
I came here to check if things have changed at all for the better, but I guess not. I can't find one positive thing about this place.
I'm guessing they managed to completely k–l employee morale?
I found this after I googled community health system layoffs today we had a meeting where the managers said they were going to increase our productivity requirement to double of what it is now and they used incorrect information to determine what our current prep productivity is in other words, they lied I I took it as this is their way to call the flock members with a lot of seniority might quit or forced out by not being able to meet the new productivity numbers.
