Thread regarding Frontier Communications Corp. layoffs

Changes

There seems to be more changes happening between former VZ areas and Legacy. The lines are starting to disappear. At least in WV

They have no union contract, not that it matters now anyway with the bankruptcy, just give them pink slips and the boot.

Why give them a buyout and not just let them go altogether? Move the jobs somewhere else and bring in contractors to save on union costs. A buyout at this point is almost like awarding them for doing nothing.

Giving 610 Zack St a buyout would be a win-win for everyone. The company can get rid of those overpaid union workers as well as their monthly pension contributions and also the clueless management tools that sit around and gossip all day while deciding what to order for lunch.

The current Frontier VPs will lead this company straight into a 2nd bankruptcy. It’s inevitable given their incompetence.

They need to just drop Rochester altogether, they eliminated one call center there already, no value left. Guess it will take a VP with an actual brain to make that decision.
