New Structure

What does that look like at each park?

One Park President, 2-3 salaried leaders per department and 6 PT sups per leader? Do we need VP’s?

They will bringing about 80% staff back when reopening. It will go by supervisor ranking as to how their employees come back. Operations will have the biggest group of employees, followed by park services. Zoo will be the last to return with minimal employees brought back in that area. Hope this helps.

1 VP (Salaried)
1 Area Supervisor (Hourly)
3 Supervisors ( Hourly)

Hourly benefits (vacation etc..) have been cut already. The company does not want to pay for the unlimited vacation and benefits of salaried anymore.

Things will be changing a lot for the parks. Orlando will be hit hard . The least affected will be San Diego.

We have no real idea because we do not know who will be cut and who will be in what role when people come back.

The only thing I would say for sure is that orlando and corporate will have a lot of combined stuff.
