I want to work from home but not at a 30% cost to me. Add in what you are losing 401k and pension retirement and it is more than 30%. When things start back up you will be paid about 45% less than your industry counter parts. This is okay when we are trying to save jobs and the company, and you could say our economy on a larger scale. But there is no reason you should not get your full and work from home if your job allows.
