Wow! Who would have thought?? After yesterdays debacle when all of the fuel cards were being declined, someone somewhere, actually came up with the cash to pay the bill! Such a great mystery. Business as usual today. Still tons of 'sick' techs, and tons of reschedules all over the country, and TONS of p....ed off 'members' cause they waited all day for a tech that never showed. Bwahahaha!!! TransformCo, and A&E, and Sears, or whatever the hell we're called now, well we just really HATE our customers. Pathetic and Sad!!!! Good job Eddie!!!
Please, for the future of the employees, and for the customers, STOP THIS NEVER ENDING DISAPPOINTMENT!! Shut the c-apshow down. NOW!!!!!!

There is just something completely wrong when a billionaire asks the hard working techs in a pandemic to loan him gas money so he can continue to collect extreme amounts of cash from unsuspecting customers. I wasnt going to buy gas for eddie, the van was going to sit empty of fuel until the situation was corrected either by paying the bill or picking up my van.Right now the techs are just collecting checks waiting for the company to be sold ,hopefully to a firm who is interested in genuine customer service. If not it was a good ride. See you in hell eddie.

finally got my gas today
Members are going MONTHS without working appliances after being rescheduled multiple times for lack of inventory, lack of parts, over-scheduling, screw ups in scheduling, unavailability of phone reps, the devastation of STAC, understaffing, nonsensical routing, etc, etc etc. What's one more week or three of raging hatred towards all thing Sears? Next time they'll learn their lesson and order from Best Buy.
