This was another clueless act from a clueless management..... while they were thinking of buying APC without any due diligence , they bought that old ConocoPhilips building with no analysis, what so ever, on what happens if we actually go through with the acquisition of APC... my 10 year old kid strategizes better than this... Howaian T-shirt guy and VH make decision with no consideration and due diligence done in prior. G-d knows what other restless step they will take before destroying the entire OXY once for all. Our many useless yes-man and yes- woman are bunch of no-add-value clowns who just go from one meeting to another to talk about what they have heard today in other meetings and what is the newest gossip. Such a shame! No wonder why this industry is losing... lots of incompetent overhead with no value add...

Very true... every time I attend one of these meetings with our VPs, I asked myself what is the value this guy is adding. No technical competency, no leadership, no nothing .... just a great yes-man managing up well person, who happens to attend the same church or club as his/her boss.. Shame on you! Never seen any of them challenge the command that descend from 31st or provide a different view... Shame on you! Inflated titles for useless people... retire please.. we need some fresh air.
