30 years with Emerson, 12 months from retirement and was laid off. What else can I say???
I belong to Actuation Technologies but I am not based nor in Baar neither in Crossridge so I cannot march upstairs to see the President's body language. Might you please provide more details?
If you want to know when there will be more at Actuation Technologies, march upstairs and as the president if his work area is not locked. Pay more attention to his body language than the words coming out of his mouth.

I heard 30 were laid off at Micro Moton in Boulder yesterday. 20 layoffs and 10 buy outs.
5 left for in my location. This was for PSS in the Automation Solutions unit.

Unfortunately most of the Emerson population fits that demographic. They can’t lay off without having a majority be older males. At lease that’s been their excuse for only promoting older males. They claim that’s all they had to choose from.
They could always lay off their white male MBA kids.
