Xerox, and a number of other companies use HCL to HIDE all their layoffs. Offshoring to people that just aren't cut out for the job. Stockholders probably have no idea, hidden in plain site.
Nice to know offshore folks have their hours cut due to covid.

I am a rebadged Verizon employee. We were told HCL never has layoffs, is the land of opportunity, they are so glad to have us join their company, yada yada yada, and now seven months in we hear layoffs are coming for all US employees.
Ascension Health Technologies is in the same boat.
What other companies did HCL do this with outside of Xerox?
I'm writing a book about being fired at the World Bank as an IT person because a Chinese national spearphished me via their IM demanding access to the IFC Docs database (billions in loans and all the names for 180+ countries) and "other confidential databases". Then on the second day demanded the "names" of "IFC corporate IT". HCL said I was "stereotyping Asians". Ha! I worked in Japan - speaking, reading, writing (daily reports on a Mac to the president outside of Nagoya), was married in East Asia to another nationality and took the second honeymoon in Hong Kong in the early 1990s. Gave a talk on Japan's economy at the 3rd Asian Scholars Conference in Singapore. That's HCL for you. They are STUNNING COUNTER- RACISTS!
Totally agree. I just checked out Xerox thread and a couple other companies that HCL is partnered with. You wouldn't know it looking at this HCL bucket cuz all the bxtching is under the other TheLayoff buckets!
