In regards to the comment “Results speak, not kissing of the bullocks”, it’s not always true. I’m very objective, can’t kiss bullocks, I was a very successful worker that produced great results, but having a counterpart moving up as a my supervisor didn’t help, I knew his tactics and weaknesses, and his work ethics were not transparent, had “favorites”, and he could not stand that I knew that, and wasn’t kissing his bullocks. He was given a number of employees to eliminate, so I’m part of last week’s layoffs.

If I am interpreting it correctly sounds like this person works at corporate and has witnessed the backside kissing and blowing of smoke with executives In order to move up the ladder and the senior execs promoting people that are not worthy of being in those positions and do not have a track record of success. Doesn’t sound like a poser at all. Sounds pretty spot on to me. It all about the individuals there is no team mentality in Framingham and nothing exists of value outside of the Boston tower.
