I am about to sign a network sales position offer, what is the OTE for that position?
They are offering $150k total comp(50/50). Is this good for the mid west?

Depends on what market segment. If you’re an enterprise rep usually 240-300k OTE. Commercial reps 150-220k OTE. Small business/mid market 100-150k. Since you said Midwest within that range I’m gonna guess you’re in commercial in Byerly’s org. I would ask for closer to 170-180k. If you’re going to enterprise you’re getting screwed.
