DCP, Where is your humanity?

DCP left many of their “certificate of excellence” employees and their kids on the street on their own in the middle of a global covind-19 pandemic is truly disappointing and reflecting its true character of DCP during times of adversity. DCP chose to exercise inhuman, immoral, lack of humanity and compassion of letting go of so many employees in a condescending way treating employees like criminals on a audio/video call without time of transition to find alternative employment.

DCP treating employees no better than consultants is truly revealing of it true character . DCP ended employment and healthcare benefits without time to transition and time to find other employment during countrywide shutdown and 33 millions + jobs loss in few weeks in America during global and American pandemic and country lockdown is truly disappointing and demeaning .

All the certificates followed by appreciation are nothing but lot of empty words and false promises to team members. DCP says trust, teamwork, one team, all in this together etc. are cornerstones of it success but when it really came to exercise those principles it put PROFITS above people when it really mattered.

Many major companies in America are using the US GOV/Fed’s PPP and main street lending program to not let go of employees who stuck with their companies for long time, for humanities greater well-being, what why has DCP not choose to stand up for humanities remains to be answered.

What is more disappointing is DCP chose to RIF 100s (including many that have received Certificate of excellence ) of people instead of exploring alternative options of furlough, pay reductions, unpaid leave, FED interim lending to avoid layoffs etc. is even more revealing the true character of DCP=Deceitful Condescending people.

The only question remains to be seen is what is the true character of DCP? Are DCP leader, where is your humanity? DCP actions are speaking louder than words and world is watching who you truly are? Are you letting people go with no health insurance in health crisis ? Are you people putting profits above people? Who are you? What if you on the next RIF ? Are you choosing to “do to others what you would have them do to you” Your actions are speaking louder than your words?

The universe and god are watching your every thought/word/deeds……current employees are wondering when we will be on the next round of layoffs or rifs..... I pray and bless for your, health, prosperity and well being in spite of your actions/words/deeds, and pray for god forgive your actions/deeds....

DCP is sh---y in that their health benefits end on the last day of employment. Never mind that the employee has paid for the full month already.

Word to the wise, if you were a part of the 2020 layoff in April 2020 then you should "lay off" the slander to DCP for obvious reasons. Yes, this is an anonymous board but even the anonymous breaching could lead to a slip ups that are not-so-anonymous and then end up getting traced. Best to keep your thoughts on DCP to yourself or in a personal journal some where it won't see the light of day.

It is not surprising that DCP reduced the work force at this time. In the 2019 Supervisors summit Brain Fredrick announced that DCP was transforming from a natural gas company to a NGL pipeline company and by the end of 2020 the company would only have two areas of gas gathering and processing. The two areas area Weld county Colorado and a smaller area in the Permian basin. Rest of the company would be sold off in bits and pieces starting with the south Texas panhandle, ladder creek, SOK, (southern Oklahoma), COK (central Oklahoma), then National Helium. These sells would be followed by the sell of the southern division asset of East Texas, Winnie, Austin chalk, three rivers, LaGloria, then South East New Mexico. Wouter plans to exit 2020 with fewer than 1900 employees, yes a cut of over 1,000 additional employees.

The SOK area is next on the for sale block as they have moved their chopping manager into the Chickasaw supervisor position.

All the hype the generated about being able to remotely operate plants is smoke and mirrors.
