That’s also my father’s theory. Initially I was skeptical, but I think it may actually make sense.
The anticipated bonus is definitely part of a larger complex Machiavellian scheme....
Now it's beyond a shadow of doubt they are getting help from the government since certain managers would have to give up equity to receive it and the prepayment to employees is to help them invest in the stock so they can make back losses.
now we know why they have been quiet for so long / they needed to concentrate more intensely on how to figure out how to give themselves raises while making it look like theyre cutting their salaries
