I agree with an earlier post. Rafael has to be one of the worst Directors ever put into that level of position. Billy must have been blackmailed into giving that position to him over a number of others much better suited.
Guys there are no rigs operating for you guys to service. What else can the company do? Yes, it would be great if you were all working and getting a ton of overtime and also giving yourselves a ton of fake overtime but those days are over boys. Move on! The industry is screwed for the next 2-3 years.
There was one that should NOT have been let go!

i've never seen such a large collection of id–ts getting by at a company than at Bammel. 90% of the employees there are uneducated former hourly id–ts that s—ed d–k to take on roles they were not qualified for. leadership is cleaning the sludge and steering the ship back on course.
Rafael is running Bammel like he did in Brazil, straight into the sh–ter..
5130 was hit, office, warehouse and outside sales
Sr. Management is running Bammel into the ground
