The credit card issues go beyond anything sears has any control over as everything else is cut to limited staffing (credit card companies, payment processing and tech) there really isn't anything that can be done to properly fix things until everyone else is staffed again.
Eddie and his cronies systematically destroyed what value there was in A&E when he could have sold it for a tidy sum before the bankruptcy. As is typical, he never understood good service or the value of customer satisfaction as an asset.
Good A&E $ucks anyway, and the techs surely cannot fix anything. Anyone have the numbers of what is owed to get the whole deal up an going again
Tech Hub is trash. It's been trash since its inception. Sears did what Sears does and went with getting it done as cheaply as possible and then canning everyone that even remotely new how to make it function when things came up. It's never worked at 100% capacity and HE never cared if it did.
When they started farming everything out to India, you knew it was going to be a problem.
