I personally think that somewhere somehow I hurt someone or did something and now I am unemployed, am paying for it.
For those who survived remember that you are only an SAP number to laurence and jimmy. Next quarter they will check earnings again and lay offs again. Nobody stays in Halliburton for too long. Eventually they will get you. Why stay there????
Your analysis is very correct. So my question is this, “do you feel safe they’d keep you, if they are willing to keep the worthless?” Your probably a good employee, but this company sets standards aside, and allow incompetent and lazy to remain. Have a backup plan, because common sense doesn’t exist in Halworld ... good luck

I survived, and I know that I am one of the best people on my team.
But the worst person on my team also kept his job.
And people on other teams, who I knew were extremely good employee's lost their job.
So it doesn't feel like win.
It feels f—ed up.
