Whole foods really tries hard to discredit any team member that calls them out during covid-19.
Build your case with pictures,emails,statements,recorded messages and even text messages but it will be over looked but for how long and in what setting?
It’s a very good idead to know who from regional is involved and usually they all chicken out and throw another person under the bus and that is how we know they use the other persons name.
All paper work can be faked and so can worker history.
Retaliation is a common practice from Amazon and Whole foods.
These companies choose what info they want to put to paper and what is left out.
Imagine rehiring the f— up regional inherited since they jumped the gun with partial info?
Here is a big sign on how many people for how many days will a simple issue be streched for and who is involved?
They milk the simple stuff to look authentic and concerned.
We got team members out since store leadership started harrassing them about reporting issues and adviced them to be out with the guarantee they wouldn’t get involved when they counsel team members involved or not involved.

Ec’s are coordinating the targeting of team members and work with the stl’s to get a plan going to start building a bad image of specific team members.
You will notice things change like conversations and emails being carefully worded and the questions are very subjective so when you respond they have have to keep going back to explain what they want and they will make a very little effort to clarify and you will be in the same situation again giving them what they want to get the ball rolling on your seperation.

Would not be surprised if evidence of abuse and retaliation was sent to democratic senators while they question amazon’s Commander in Chief in congress.

Whole Foods likes to have too many traceable interactions that can make team members look incompetent just to get rid of them by building build a fake work record with very simple things .
