Another significant round of layoffs took place today. Don't have many details, but I do know North American employees were impacted.

there was another last week I think.
The ALL hands call spent the first 2-3 minutes talking about the 2% layoffs and the rest of the hour announcing multiple executive promotions and patting themselves on the back "Very very tacky." AND in very poor taste in deed.
During the all hands call when the layoffs were announced, which was news to many people, they then spent loads of time announcing executive promotions. Very very tacky.
The RIF last spring had sev. of 1wk/yr of employment. Was that the same this time around?
RIFd from ICS. Clients have been canceling or putting projects on hold. Its musical chairs - if you don't have a project they can you. This is all the Koch brothers with 100% focus on bottom line. No loyalty to employees regardless of their performance. Pretty short sited - they will be screaming for resources when this turns around and they can't handle the number of projects they have.
I got 2 months of severance.... I wish they would have paid me the severance upfront... instead of this incremental BS 🤷🏾♀️
My friend said they gave her two months salary as severance.
Did Infor give any severance pay to people to got laid off?
They are not going public. (See comment below) Koch's companies do not go public and Kevin even said that several months ago
A couple friends of mine got caught in this. We haven't been told jack about what happened. It's all rumor and speculation.
They are going public in a few months so they want to show the company as profitable. They started by closing offices around the globe and layoffs. In the middle of COVID19. Money over people
Wow. Heard Marketing got hit too. Any idea on numbers or teams affected?
Much more cut coming
Wow 2%!!!! Something tells me that there will be more cuts next quarter
2 percent total confirmed on May 7
My Dad was laid off, he's in his early sixties, will have hard time finding job.
good luck to all employees
I also heard some in M3 consulting and education.
Business Development and ICS were affected
