Denver Office shrinking

Check out the Denver Business Journal today. Oxy put floors 13-18 on the market last week. No email or any other communication sent out.

This is not surprising. They have twice as much space in Denver than they need. Why would you not try and sub lease what you’re not using? Half of the Denver office left on VSP. Make sense to me.

A communication on this went out to the Rockies BU on May 7th at 4:38 pm CST. The short version is that there is currently significant vacant office space that allows for subleasing.

What's negative? Maybe downsizing your office space isn't exactly the sign of a vibrant and growing enterprise. Call it a hunch.
