How disgusting it is to see Kevin Hourican on national TV stating how financially strong Sysco is, and that they do not need any government handouts to assist with paying employees during this time of need. It was embarrassing to see one interview where he was actually cut short since he was rambling on. It sounded like a commercial to promote Sysco, rather that what they are doing for the communities or to help their own employees. They are more interested in their public image (no matter how fake or misleading it is) and keeping those high-paid executives paid in full. How many more good people can they possibly get rid of and hope to operate on the scale that they were before the pandemic?
